We are looking for an experienced accounting software implementation professional, a team player who wants to push themselves and are passionate about their career. Coming from within the industry in similar roles, you will possess a good combination of client-facing skills and an analytical & technical aptitude to understand client requirements to implement the iplicit cloud accounting software solution into our expanding Irish customer base across multiple sectors. SPECIFIC DUTIES The Consultant role will necessitate a varied set of duties, but you should expect to satisfy the following when and where required: - Work as part of a project team to deliver implementation services for both new and existing clients, to include: Project Management System configuration Data migration Training and consultancy Workshops Providing both non-technical and technical support To work closely with the project delivery and internal product team Configure our software to meet documented in-scope client requirements Guide our clients in optimising their processes through our best practices Successfully deliver the solution within the scope, time, budget, and quality Collaborate with other implementation consultants Learn the capabilities of our software to translate innovative ideas to solutions Continually assess and contribute to services process improvements Maintain relationships with: Customers Team members Suppliers and Third-Party Organisations working with the customer Delivery of staff & customer training Delivering the front-line service to our customers in a professional and courteous manner Provide systems support to clients and associated companies Development and maintenance of adequate documentation and procedures for end users Assisting other team members as required Attendance, where required, at regular meetings to discuss development progress Maintain up to date skill set including attending training when required OTHER DUTIES Maintain accurate timesheets for the purposes of calculating fees chargeable as well as holiday, sickness and any other tasks undertaken, relevant to the Company. Maintain accurate resource scheduling for the purposes of staff scheduling. Work & communicate effectively. Help to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained. Carry out other ad hoc duties as required ROLE CRITERIA Prior implementation experience of mid-range accounting or ERP software solutions Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects Experience working with external customer-facing projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to our customers Industrious, willing, and able to work to deadlines Ability to remain objective and goal-focused under pressure Organised, methodical and conscientious Team player with strong interpersonal skills Self-reliant, confident, decisive Good general IT knowledge is essential Competent user of MS office applications including MS Excel The role is a hybrid remote & office-based role, with the sometime need to travel Ireland/Northern Ireland wide and occasionally to our UK counterparts.
