Procurement & Outsourcing Officer
This role involves managing risks related to vendor relationships and outsourcing functions for a highly reputable global financial services company.
* Oversee individual outsourcing arrangements, monitoring service levels in collaboration with relevant business units.
* Manage the end-to-end procurement tender process for spends up to €50k and partner with providers for larger expenditures.
* Track and monitor all company spending, ensuring approval and compliance.
* Support the implementation of a new purchase order system (SAP MM) and assist with ongoing administrative tasks.
* Promote a culture of procurement and outsourcing compliance across the organization.
* Localize and secure sign-off for all relevant HQ guidelines.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain.
* Knowledge of financial services regulations related to outsourcing is preferred.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Experience managing vendor relationships and devising procurement strategies.
* Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* A customer-focused and outcome-oriented approach with integrity.
