Job Description:
My client is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join a dynamic team in Nashville. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home two days a week while spending three days in a collaborative office environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of NetSuite administration experience, with a strong focus on the Planning and Inventory modules.
Key NetSuite Admin Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
* Oversee and enhance the Planning and Inventory modules, aligning them with business needs.
* Develop and customize dashboards, workflows, and reports to support various departments.
* Provide end-user support and training, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
* Lead system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
* Proven expertise with NetSuite's Planning and Inventory modules.
* Strong understanding of NetSuite customizations, scripting, and workflows.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
