About The Team And The Role
Join the dynamic Global Customer Experience (GCX) Recruiting team at eBay, that's dedicated to driving business success by attracting top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
As a Full Cycle Recruiter for customer-facing roles in EMEA, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by engaging in impactful recruitment projects. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you'll be part of an inclusive team that values collaboration and innovation.
What You Will Accomplish
* Drive talent attraction initiatives through advertising, marketing, and participation in job fairs and events to bring in high-caliber candidates.
* Enhance eBay's presence on LinkedIn and social media platforms to engage potential candidates and promote our employer brand.
* Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring seamless logistics for candidate interviews, including scheduling and organising video conferencing.
* Foster positive relationships with hiring managers and partners, ensuring they feel supported and confident in the recruitment process.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, guiding applicants through the recruitment journey with professionalism and care.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects, using creativity and a proactive attitude to enhance recruitment strategies.
What You Will Bring
* Proven recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high volume environment.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to change.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating integrity and discretion in all interactions.
* A customer-focused attitude, with a passion for creating outstanding candidate and partner experiences.
* Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a strong interest in learning new systems.
* A hybrid work approach, with office presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments.
