About the Company
A leading IT consultancy is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a small, high-impact team focused on driving new business. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated, results-driven professional to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, identifying and qualifying potential clients.
The Role
As an SDR, you will play a key role in outbound lead generation, securing qualified meetings, and contributing to business growth. This role suits someone with 1.5 to 3 years of SDR experience, a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
* Make cold calls daily, send personalised weekly emails, and manage automated emails.
* Leverage LinkedIn and social media for outreach.
* Identify and engage key decision-makers, building a pipeline of qualified leads.
Lead Qualification & Relationship Building
* Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ business needs and challenges.
* Effectively communicate the value of IT consulting services.
* Maintain strong relationships and ensure a seamless handover to the sales team.
* Work closely with sales and marketing to align outreach efforts.
* Provide insights to refine lead generation and qualification strategies.
About You
* 1.5 to 3 years of SDR experience, ideally in IT or consulting in Ireland.
* Highly proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable working independently.
* Strong outbound sales experience, including cold calling and email outreach.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, target-driven, and eager to progress into a Business Development role.
