Job Description
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time role in Dublin.
* Reviewing and verifying all Sales Orders and deals coming through the system
* Managing and processing responses to queries on stock to be distributed directly or to the Sales team
* Monthly Invoicing and Sales Analysis
* Working with our Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS)
* Processing registrations with Revenue
* Regular communications with other Departments and Commercial Finance ensuring the process runs effectively
* Working with the Sales team to get tasks completed and ensure smooth and efficient running of the department
The Person We Are Looking For
* Proven success working in a customer service/sales administration role for at least 2 years
* Proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
* Knowledge of DMS - Kerridge/Keyloop would be an advantage
* Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
* Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can work to deadlines
* Knowledge and experience of working in the motor trade would be of benefit
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English
* You will need to be adaptable and flexible to work in an ever-changing market
