Position: Site Manager
Location: Monaghan Town
Salary: up to €66,000

Seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new residential project in Monaghan Town. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in site management, ensuring efficient project delivery and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and workmanship
* Manage the site’s short-term construction schedule to optimise efficiency and adherence to timelines
* Enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures on-site
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, team members, and resolve on-site issues as they arise
* Ensure project completion to a high specification, maintaining clear communication with relevant departments
* Handle all project documentation and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent (preferred)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction
* Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel
* Full driving license and relevant site certifications required
