Immediate vacancy for a HR Generalist to join a dynamic organisation based in Cork.
This is a contract role - minimum 3-month period.
The primary purpose of the role will be to support the HR Manager on all aspects of HR Operations on a day-to-day basis.
The key areas of responsibility will include recruitment, onboarding, contracts, supporting disciplinaries/grievances, payroll prep support, training, policies and procedures and wellbeing initiatives.
The successful candidate will be 3rd level degree qualified, with 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowlegde of Irish Employment law required.
