Summary/Objective The Project Manager Co-op position will be part of Security Risk Advisors, Technical Project Management team.

Facilitate cross-team and external client collaboration, ensuring alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and fostering a cohesive team environment.
Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, define project scope, and secure commitment and resources for successful project execution.
Encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving, empowering team members to address day-to-day operational issues and scope changes effectively.
Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting of project progress, adhering to organizational policies and procedures, and facilitating informed data-driven decision-making.
Must possess the aptitude to rapidly learn and become proficient in the use of information security-specific jargon and acronyms, effectively assimilating and applying the specialized terminology used daily in InfoSec.
Eventually drive continuous improvement initiatives by critically evaluating existing project management processes and introducing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This job operates in a professional office environment, and all co-ops are expected to work three days per week in the office in Kilkenny.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
The role is Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Requirements Preferred Qualifications and Experience Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
Creative problem solving, attention to detail, coordination, teamwork, decision making.
An interest in learning about cybersecurity technology and information security.
