Content Moderator - Albanian

Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
* Enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
* Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards.
* Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
* Gather and analyze relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
* Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Skills & Competences:
* Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
* Positively approach challenges with flexibility.
* Prioritize, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
* Manage and prioritize tasks to consistently meet KPIs.
Language Skills:
* Fluency in Albanian (C1-C2), with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
* Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
Contract:
* Full-time, permanent.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Day shift (9-5) or evening shift (6pm-2am) with no rotation.
* Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
* 25% salary uplift for hours worked between 10pm and 2am.
* €12 per day (before tax) for evening shift.
