Job Summary: This HR role is a great opportunity for a candidate to join an educational organization in Dublin City and join a small team focusing on a varied workload including recruitment, HR operations and reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Drafting Advertisements and corresponding with applicants, arranging interviews, correspondence with Interview Panel, undertake reference checks.
* Preparing and issuing Employment Contracts, obtaining sanction from relevant authority as required, onboarding to HRIS, pre-employment medicals.
* Maintaining accurate and up to date Employee Records on HRIS.
* Processing applications for staff for various categories of leave.
* Preparing monthly schedules of all changes for payroll ensuring accuracy in details and adhering to deadlines.
* Ensuring compliance and staying up to date with policies and procedures.
* Completing quarterly staffing returns report and preparing and issuing general employer letters for employees.
* Contributing to ongoing initiatives designed to improve HR systems and processes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR role, ideally 2-3 years.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and recruitment processes.
* Tech Savvy and familiar with HRIS Systems.
