Bon Appetit is a friendly, bustling village restaurant set in a stunning Georgian House in Malahide.
We focus on creative cooking, incorporating local produce with new and exciting ingredients from around the world. Now in our 17th year, we take great pride as a community restaurant that is constantly setting the standards for suburban restaurants nationwide.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent service, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding leadership skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and train staff to uphold our high standards of service.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality.
* Assist in financial tasks to maximize profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
