Part Time Administrator
Dublin 2 - 20h per week - 4 half days onsite 1 day WFH - €30,000-€34,000 Pro Rata
This will initially be a 1 year contract with view for extension for the right candidate

Our client is a professional company, located in Dublin 2. With its' central location and lovely company culture, this company will attract many. They are looking for an experienced Part-Time Administrator to join their team and become a part of a great firm.
About the Position
The primary role and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will be to support and work closely with the office manager whilst completing administrative and contract management tasks.
This role will be 20h across 5 half days – preference would be 9am – 1pm but there would be flexibility. Additionally, they offer 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Support all employees with daily queries and admin tasks
* Manage suppliers, order stationary, kitchen supplies & cleaning supplies
* Liaise with An-Post with regards to post redirection
* Schedule DHL pick up and drop offs
* Maintain various business templates including presentations
* Scanning and filing of contracts
* Management of contract email inbox
* Organise meetings to keep all relevant parties updated
* Support finance administration
Experience/Requirements
* Have 3+ years' experience in administration
* Have excellent attention to detail skills
* Be well organised, self-motivated and have a strong ability to work on your own
* Have a proven ability to work well in a small team
* Possess the ability to be flexible in a busy office
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration Package
Salary: €30,000 - €34,000 (Pro Rata)
25 Days annual leave + 2 company days + 1 personal day (Pro Rata)
