Contracts & Procurement Surveyor - Residential
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Project: Management of contracts related to property repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead procurement for goods and services contracts in relation to maintenance and upkeep of residential development
* Conduct feasibility studies, defect analyses, and cost estimations for housing projects
* Oversee planned and cyclical maintenance programs using advanced asset management tools
* Manage sustainable energy initiatives, including audits and improvement programs
* Deliver detailed project reports and ensure compliance with public procurement and health and safety regulations

* Building control requirements are desirable
