Job Title: Events & Admin Assistant
A dynamic and short-term opportunity to support a Public Sector employer in their busy office environment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring key activities are accurately attended to. This includes assisting in the organising and delivery of events, managing databases, and performing other administrative duties as required.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Event Management team with mini events.
* Assist with volunteer recruitment & training.
* Support the Event Management team with community engagement activities.
* Managing participant registrations.
* Minute taking at meetings when required.
* Maintaining and updating databases.
* Answering information email queries.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Math and English.
* 1 year of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
