Qualifications Technical Expertise Advanced degree in a technical field such as machine learning, computer science, statistics, or mathematics.
15+ years of experience applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems at scale.
Significant expertise in text and multimedia classification projects, including training data acquisition, evaluation methodologies, and addressing challenges like dataset shift or extreme class imbalance.
Familiarity with modern deep-learning frameworks and unsupervised learning techniques.
Leadership & Management 10+ years of experience managing high-performing teams (including managers), with a proven ability to develop talent and foster team cohesion.
Strong ability to communicate complex quantitative analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Tools & Frameworks Proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning libraries/frameworks, and cloud-based solutions.
Experience with MLOps practices or comparable methodologies.

Ability to align global teams under a unified vision while maintaining operational efficiency.
