Overall Purpose of the Job
To effectively manage and deliver a portfolio of exclusive contracts, focusing on service quality, team ethos, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This will be achieved by optimizing the use of available resources to enhance service delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Formulate and manage budgets for all contracts to ensure cost control and meet financial objectives.
2. Promote and deliver the company's aims to achieve high-quality levels and customer support objectives.
3. Establish and maintain safe working environments for subcontractors, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
4. Oversee all aspects of contracts under management.
5. Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in accordance with site-specific requirements and regulatory standards.
6. Provide guidance to clients as needed.
7. Offer energy management advice to clients to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
8. Develop and implement quality measures and procedures in collaboration with the company to facilitate two-way communication, feedback, and continuous improvement.
9. Manage cost control, review costs, and aim to reduce subcontractor costs.
10. Prepare monthly reports for all services covered under contract.
