Our Client, an Irish owned construction consultancy practice providing a full spectrum of services from cost management to sustainability advice across all industry sectors, are looking for an Administrator to join our Dublin based team, supporting the activities of their busy Administration unit.
This position will suit an organised individual who is resourceful and enjoys working in a busy office environment.
Key Accountabilities Provision of administrative support across a variety of technical teams; Coordination of the companys social media channels; Provision of reception cover as and when required; Work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents, ensuring consistent compliance with internal standards; Printing and binding documents; Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Person Specification A positive, can-do attitude enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders; Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise key tasks; An eye for detail is important; Methodical and flexible with a proven ability to work at pace and meet deadlines; Desire to learn and develop new skills within a busy office environment.
Skills/Competencies Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of a team; Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Excel Confidentiality and discretion are essential requirements of this role.
