We are currently recruiting for experienced Hotel Receptionists on a Full Time basis.

As a Receptionist at Kilkea Castle & Golf Resort, you will be responsible for the provision of a warm welcome and coordination of many aspects of the guest stay at the resort including the arrival experience, rooming, and departure of the guests.
Candidates should have outstanding customer service and communication skills, be a team player, and experience with HotSoft or a similar property management system is advantageous.
Minimum 1 year experience in a premium reception environment is preferred.
General Duties Include:
1. Provide a warm welcome to guests arriving at the resort.
2. Register the guests and take payment for their stay.
3. Answer any guest enquiries about our facilities and give advice on activities.
4. Update guest reservations accordingly in the system.
5. Responsible for the safety and security of guests in-house.
6. Responsible for the security, control, and balancing of the float at the end of the shift.
7. Deal with all correspondences relating to reservations, accounts, and more.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent customer care skills.
2. Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential.
3. Ability to work on your own initiative.
4. Ability to cope with high volumes of guests.
5. Highly motivated and organised.
