An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a leading Financial Services organisation on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to gain experience in an interesting and diverse environment.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Talent acquisition team and act as the first point of contact for all new acquisitions. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package, offering remote work options for up to 60% of the time once initial induction is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist/Generalist with the coordination and administration of processes within acquisition, including diary management and screening/communications with candidates, managers, agencies, and business.
* Engage with the HR payroll team and Pension team in a timely manner to meet deadlines and ensure new starters are processed effectively.
* Support the HRS team with the management of HR Mailboxes and coordinate responses with relevant SMEs or take action appropriately in a timely manner upon request.
* Administer colleagues' administrative requests compliantly.
* Support the wider HR team with ad hoc requests for people data.
* Meet deadlines to ensure payrolls and other critical people processes are met on request.
* Develop and grow in your role, seeking opportunities to stretch your abilities and engage in projects to broaden your HR professionalism.
* Maintain records of office activities, business transactions, and employee records compliantly.
* Coordinate events in line with company benefits.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in a HR administration role is desirable.
* A relevant third-level degree is required; CIPD qualification, achieved or in progress, is an advantage.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
* Excellent administration and prioritisation skills, along with a keen eye for detail, are necessary.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and negotiating skills are required.
* A strong client service orientation, with discretion and confidentiality, is essential.
* Adherence to all policies governing the employment process to ensure compliance is mandatory.
