Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and assist with various day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining an organized environment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by different departments.
* Ensure proper filing and archiving of all documents, both physical and digital.
* Handle general inquiries and provide information.
* Provide support to other team members as needed.
* Promptly answer email and phone inquiries; manage the main phone line.
* Update internal accounts database and spreadsheets.
* Creation, collection, and management of all documentation.
* Provide an excellent level of customer service.
* Meet obligations to management standards.
* Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar admin role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask.
* A positive attitude.
