Job Title: Mid to Senior Product Owner
About the Role
We are seeking a strong and experienced Product Owner to join our Software Services Group (SSG) team. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading software development, release, and support from a product perspective.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development/Client Relationships: Build authentic relationships with clients based on trust.
* Quality: Follow SSG SOPs and Work Instructions, adhere to the team's ISO 9001 objectives, and implement corrective actions in a timely fashion.
* Training and Development: Discuss areas for development with managers and identify relevant training opportunities.
* Continuous Improvements: Participate in Project Lessons learnt and assist team members with CI plans and reports.
* Branding: Ensure awareness and compliance with Arcadis Branding requirements.
* HR: Comply with all relevant HR procedures and standards.
Requirements
* Education: Primary degree in IT or related discipline, with Product Owner certification an advantage.
* Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technological experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, with Scrum or Agile development team experience and knowledge of web application development and database development.
* Skills: Attentive to detail, highly organized, good analytical and problem-solving skills, confident dealing with client stakeholders, excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and ability to look at systems from the end-user's perspective.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with data visualization tools/applications like PowerBI, Tableau, Aha, Confluence, etc.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday – 40 Hours
