Job Title: Fund Administration Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Liaise with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries during the setup process of new funds.
* Manage day-to-day operations of funds, including communications with investors and fund managers.
* Prepare periodic reports and regulatory reports for fund entities.
* Calculate Net Asset Value and year-end financial statements for funds.
* Maintain tax returns and balances, and liaise with tax authorities.
* Record time spent on client matters to ensure accurate invoicing.
* Take on additional responsibilities as required by managers or clients.
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
* Relevant experience in fund administration, audit, or fiduciary services.
* Knowledge of fund industry, valuation, and accounting.
* Basic knowledge of accounting for investment products, and experience with closed-ended funds.
* Understanding of securities, including equities, bonds, and derivatives.
* Fluent in English.
* Team spirit, strong client relationships, and ability to work independently.
