Job Title: Urgent Deskside Support Engineer
Location: Dublin, On-Site in Dublin City
Contract Type: Full-time, 6 months rolling contract term
About the Role
This role will encompass a range of technical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and Management of Windows support and configuration
* Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, MS Office, O365
* Configuration of Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory
* Maintenance and building of current documentation in place
* Hardware Desktop troubleshooting
* Interacting with and managing 3rd parties
* Application troubleshooting and support
* Imaging and Deployment
* Manage File Permissions and Access Rights
* Configuration and Support of Mobile Devices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* At least 1 year of experience working in a technical support environment
* Application Support – 1st Level
* Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office - Level 1 support
* Office 365 and Virtualization experience is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
It would be preferred if you had one of the following accreditations and experience:
* Microsoft Specialist certification in Windows
* A Microsoft MCP for Client or Server OS
* Comptia A, Comptia Net+

Suitable candidates will receive exposure to all Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows Servers, and gain valuable experience in call handling and customer services.
