* Manage a busy restaurant environment with a proven track record in Restaurant Management or Supervision, requiring 2+ years of experience.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting is advantageous for this position.
* Excellent communication skills, accompanied by a neat and professional appearance, with a hands-on approach to work.
* Proven ability to manage a team effectively, possessing excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends from Wednesday to Sunday.
