About The Role
As a Senior Systems Analyst at Qualcomm, you will be responsible for translating the needs of IP stakeholders into comprehensive software requirements. You will work autonomously while collaborating with engineers, attorneys, IT, and operations personnel to ensure that software solutions meet business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand and translate IP stakeholder needs into software requirements
* Evaluate software solutions against business goals and user needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project impacts and complete work
* Act as a primary contact for projects within the domain
* Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
* Analyze issues, gather information, and recommend solutions
* Perform troubleshooting on complex issues related to bugs in production systems or applications
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree
* OR 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Patent systems
