Office Administrator/ Coordinator - Dun Laoghaire
Very exciting opportunity with an industry-leading, multi-faceted project management company based in Dun Laoghaire.
* Temporary contract with a view to extension.
* Part-time - 9am - 3pm.
* 3 days per week (ideally Mon, Weds, Fri).
* €15.38 per hour.
Duties:
1. Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
2. Manage general office maintenance, ensuring a clean, organised and well-functioning workspace.
3. Handle correspondence, including email, phone calls and scheduling meetings.
4. Maintain office supplies, equipment and inventory to support smooth operations.
5. Coordinate basic facility upkeep, reporting any maintenance issues to relevant parties.
6. Support staff with general administrative tasks as needed.
7. Arrange and organise travel for staff.
8. Ensure compliance with office procedures and health & safety guidelines.
9. Proficiency using productivity tools and software including MS Teams and Office 365.
The candidate:
1. Experienced administrator with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
2. Efficient and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth office operations and maintenance.
3. Strong communicator, adept at handling correspondence, scheduling and liaising with staff.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management.
