In our state-of-the-art aftersales facility, the aim of our enthusiastic team is to ensure that every customer experience is seamless, professional, and satisfying.
We currently wish to recruit a Service Team Leader to join our team based at 218 North Circular Road, Dublin 7.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the Service Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day running and monitoring of the service department, with a view to ensuring productivity is maximised and deadlines met while ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction in line with MSL and manufacturers standards.

Key duties and responsibilities to include:
1. Assisting with the efficient running of the service department.
2. Delegating workloads to the service personnel.
3. Supervising the team, ensuring customer satisfaction is maximised and contact deadlines are met.
4. Maintaining elevated levels of customer service including dealing with customer complaints.
5. Advising customers of technical issues, costs, completion times etc.
6. Upselling products and services to customers.
7. Consult with the sales Brand Managers and create an open working environment.
8. Building relationships and trust with our manufacturer and brand partners.
9. Completion of administration in conjunction with company & manufacturers specification.
10. Ensuring there is a smooth flow of information with other departments.
11. Ensuring that quality and safety standards and procedures are adhered to.
The successful candidate will ideally:
1. Have previous experience in a similar role.
2. Possess good interpersonal and people management skills.
3. Demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills.
4. Can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
5. Possess good administrative and IT skills.
6. Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work.
7. Work well under pressure.
8. Hold a full clean driver’s licence.
