Reporting to: Head of Operational Excellence
Location: Hybrid
Contract: Fixed Term Contract till 31st December 2025
Salary: €45,830 - €63,017
The Operations Department:
The Operations Department is dedicated to delivering essential services to our residents, including allocations, rent calculation and collection, and tenancy management. Additionally, we provide estate services and support community development activities to promote well-kept, friendly neighbourhoods.
Operations is also the sponsor of the Housing Management System (HMS) Project, the business ownership sits within Operational Excellence team, who contribute to maintaining the quality of services we provide to our residents and ensuring our properties are safe and maintained to high standards.
As the HMS project is due to go live in April 2025 – we have an opportunity to bring in two roles for the HMS phase 2 to further enhance the services we offer our residents.

HMS Business SME
To work within the Housing Management System| (HMS) Project as a business Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is core to the implementation of Phase 2 of the HMS. During HMS Phase 2 we anticipate several “Sprints” to develop several additional core processes and deliver enhancements to the recently deployed HMS Phase1.
As a HMS Business SME) your role will be to work collaboratively with the project team, our project partners, the technical team, and other SMEs from across the business, to support the efficient development and deployment of Phase 2, ensuring timely delivery and process optimisation.

Who we are looking for:
Person specification:
Can do attitude, with excellent communication, proactive problem solving skills, and an eye for attention to detail.
Demonstrates a willingness to learn
Proficient in IT systems, especially Excel and experience of using different IT packages e.g. Management Information and CRM systems
Good organisational and time management skills, with ability to be flexible and work on own initiative
Demonsterable Influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent Data analysis and reporting skills and be comfortable with large data sets
Enjoy working cross functionally and as part of a team.
Experience / qualifications:
At least 2 years previous experience of resolving complex enquiries either within the social housing or private rental sector
Experience of delivering an excellent service.
Proven ability to take ownership of task/project delivery.
Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholder, with the ability to de-escalate, negotiate, and manage issues.
Preferred Project management / business analyst experience.
