Summary of Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute toward profitability through seeking opportunities to enhance sales.
2. Manage inventory, cost of goods control as well as labour costs. Maintain daily, weekly, as well as period financial reports.
3. Ensure entire cash handling and register function performed accurately and consistently. Convey new product information and details to partners.
4. Maintain store operations, financial contribution, and partner development final accountability.
5. Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
6. Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
7. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
8. Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partner performance.
9. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
