Project Manager - Cork
C REGG are now recruiting for a Project Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading Medical Device company in Cork, working as a Project Manager in a hybrid working role with great career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead medium-to-large cross-functional development teams.
* Lead Capital projects and NPI projects liaising with different functions, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.
* Provide input to functional managers on team and individual performance.
* Influence and satisfy key project stakeholders throughout each project phase.
* Manage technical challenges related to technology applications and new product development, proactively identifying and mitigating risks with subject matter experts.
* Develop and implement project plans, project actions, and roadmaps, with embedded risk mitigations.
* Foster team ownership and commitment by outlining clear decision points and presenting data-driven recommendations.
* Develop and manage project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
* Adhere to appropriate project roadmaps (e.g., PLCP process for NPI, Product Transfer roadmap for Site Transfers) and represent Operations on the Core Team.
* Lead the Operations team in completing all activities in compliance with current policies and practices.
* Ensure clear, tailored communication for different stakeholders, from project team updates to senior leadership reviews.
* Manage phase and business reviews, meeting minutes, issue logs, key metrics, and other critical project communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Education: Level 8 Honors Bachelor's degree (240 credits) in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Science, Software, Manufacturing).
* A Level 9 (Master's) degree or Project Management qualification is an advantage.
* Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in an Operations or New Product Development environment ideally.
* Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple functions Teams (e.g., Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Global Supply Chain) and/or multiple sites.

* Excellent verbal and written communication, tailored for various audiences.
* Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and build high-performing teams.
* Proficiency in MS Project or similar project planning tools.
