Job Title: Graduate - Unit Link Pricing
This entry-level position offers the opportunity to join the Unit Linked team with Investment Operations in Navan, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Unit Linked Activity Delivery:
* Provide a Unit Linked capability that meets planned activity levels and client needs, ensuring high standards are met or exceeded.
* The scope of service relates to a Unit Trust book across all business lines.

* Match position exposures to prescribed limits set out by sector, category, and company.
* Evaluate asset pricing for accuracy and update it as necessary.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV).
* Implement With Profit Pricing strategies.
* Maintain awareness of settlement and related cash flows to ensure accounts are adequately funded.
* Monitor dividend tracking and application.
* Reconcile bank, broker accounts, and stock positions regularly.
* Conduct due diligence, onboarding, fund closures, and redirections efficiently.
* Awareness of regulatory steps for underlying assets and completion within strict deadlines.
* Manage Fund Portal maintenance.
* Develop competency in various external Banking systems.
* Resolve complex issues and complaints effectively.
* Elevate client issues according to laid-down procedures.
* Ensure timely and accurate feedback to relevant parties.
* Update process maps and procedures consistently.
* Monitor productivity standards for key processes.
* Flag cash flow variances promptly to management.
* Elevate errors/incidents to management.
* Compile statistics and KPI reports.
