Job Title: Caseworker
Turas Nua is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Caseworker to join our team in Wexford. The successful candidate will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to provide intensive, targeted, and personalized employment support services.
About Turas Nua:
Turas Nua is the Irish employability services provider delivering the IPNES contract. We are wholly owned by FRS Network, an Irish cooperative social enterprise that has been serving Irish communities since 1980.
Purpose of Role:
As a Caseworker, you will manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal support specialists and external organizations to provide a planned support service. You will also provide one-to-one advice and support to guide clients towards sustainable employment.
Person Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will possess strong case management capabilities, including decision-making skills, relationship skills, and problem-solving skills.
You will be able to build rapport and trust with clients, motivate them to own their journey, and achieve change. You must be highly self-motivated, able to work in an office and remotely as part of a team, and have excellent administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client, working towards sustainable, full-time employment.
Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support when they are job-ready.
Maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market and organize a daily schedule that includes face-to-face meetings, phone calls, online meetings, and email correspondence with clients and other service providers.
Achieve daily and monthly contractual KPI targets, managing a caseload of clients, and ensure that client interactions are recorded accurately on the CRM system.
Requirements:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of three years' experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
Strong IT skills/experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse individuals.
Experience in delivering presentations in a group setting or public speaking.
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
