The Role
Finance Administrator
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator on a permanent basis.
Candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Finance Administration role.
A good working knowledge of Excel is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement procedures and processes to ensure the timely submission of Intrastat and Customs statutory reports to the relevant authorities.
* Manage and collate the collection of information from the Groups Irish and International suppliers to allow the submission of the regulatory reporting.
* Co-ordinate and work with our IT division to develop and implement new reporting capabilities in our IT systems to allow us to report the necessary detail in a timely manner.
* Various Ad-hoc projects/tasks in the Finance Department, using our SAP system.
The Person
Key Skills:
* Excellent Excel and presentation skills.
* Experience of completing Intrastat Returns would be an advantage.
* Experience of using an ERP system.
* Good telephone manner.
* Positive can-do attitude is essential and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
