Company Secretary Role
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join our team in Cork. As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for coordinating board meetings, managing client portfolios, and handling various corporate compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, schedule, attend, and record minutes for board meetings.
* Manage a diverse client portfolio, handling general legal, company secretarial compliance, and administrative duties.
* Assist with onboarding new clients and managing KYC procedures.
* Handle company incorporations, corporate restructuring, voluntary strike-offs, liquidations, and restorations.
* Prepare and file required notifications.
* Ensure invoices are issued promptly and in accordance with client service agreements.
* Conduct legal and non-legal research for clients and other team members.
* Contribute to business development by attending events and preparing articles and newsletters.
* Train and supervise junior staff while sharing knowledge and expertise within the team.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
