Cpl’s transportation client in South-West Dublin has an urgent requirement for a Recruitment Administrator, working full onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support through the recruitment and selection process.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. First point of contact for all recruitment related queries
2. Manage the recruitment process from posting job ad to hire
3. Advertise all vacancies
4. Management of recruitment related documentation, and recruitment correspondence
5. Interview scheduling
6. Facilitate and prepare for recruitment assessment days
7. Prepare and maintain related recruitment reports
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
9. Assist the HR department with all recruitment activities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 1 year experience working in a busy recruitment administration role
2. Interview scheduling experience
3. Proficient MS Office experience
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Excellent attention to detail
