Growing international travel-tech company based in Dublin City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Norwegian speaking professional speaker to join their team of customer support wizards!
Please note this is a part-time role (Three days a week)
Location: Dublin 4 office, Hybrid model (1 day a week in the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Annual Base of 33,000 (pro rata)
Responsibilities:
* Providing consultative support and always going the extra mile to help the customer/client
* Working with B2B clients to resolve queries and technical issues
* Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
* Communication with other departments and product teams
* Maintaining customer satisfaction
* Demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and keeping a positive attitude
Your Profile:
* Fluent Norwegian and English skills both in writing and speaking (C2 level)
* Experience in a customer-facing role (Customer service, Technical Support, Sales, or Admin)
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
