Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team in the Construction sector.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand, promoting its culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent, including college placement students and graduates.
* Build and maintain relationships with universities and career services to identify opportunities for sourcing high-quality graduate candidates.
* Coordinate logistics for career fairs, including event planning, reservations, and on-site management.
* Represent the company at career fairs, showcasing available opportunities.
* Source qualified candidates, review CVs, and pre-screen applicants while progressing interviews in a timely manner.
* Manage candidate communications regarding interview progress and outcomes.
* Coordinate key activities associated with the onboarding process.
* Assist with Work Permit and Visa applications.
* Post recruitment advertisements across relevant social media platforms and job boards.
* Monitor the recruitment mailbox.
Qualifications:
* Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical thinking ability.
* Ability to create strong stakeholder relationships with a proven track record of gaining buy-in.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across functions and integrate multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.
