HR Business Partner Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Foster strong partnerships with site leadership teams and HR/training teams across the company.
* Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover rates and enhance employee satisfaction.
* Create employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives.
* Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs.
* Design and implement a performance management system.
* Mediate employee conflicts and grievances.
* Monitor engagement levels and improve employee experience.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline.
* CIPD level 5 qualification or above.
* Proven experience leading an HR function in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in developing a HR function.
* ROI legislation experience (desirable).
