Are you a seasoned Programme Manager looking for your next challenge in 2025? This is an exceptional opportunity to lead transformational delivery within a complex, high-impact environment.
Reporting to Delivery Leadership, you will play a key leadership role in driving critical business outcomes through strategic programme planning and execution. You will oversee prioritised value streams across operations and technology, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and commercial goals. This role is central to an ongoing transformation journey, embedding innovative ways of working to optimise delivery processes.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
* Programme Oversight: Manage and prioritise a programme of initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.
* Leadership & Governance: Lead a team of delivery managers, fostering a culture of ownership, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Provide robust governance to ensure adherence to process while driving enhancements.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to guide initiatives from ideation to delivery. Communicate complex technical information in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
* Value-Driven Delivery: Oversee the development of lean business cases, focusing on delivering measurable business outcomes. Ensure timely and efficient release of deliverables through iterative processes.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights to shape the portfolio roadmap, enabling informed decisions that maximise return on investment and align with overall strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Extensive experience in a software delivery environment within a complex enterprise organisation.
* Proven expertise in programme/portfolio management, with a strong understanding of agile and product-centric delivery methodologies.
* Experience with a Governance process including attending and presenting.
* Demonstrated success in leading portfolios with budgets exceeding €5 million.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong leadership experience, including team management and conflict resolution within cross-functional settings.
* Expertise in driving transformation initiatives and improving delivery efficiency.
