Grade III Clerical Officer
We are recruiting a number of Grade III Clerical Officers for full-time temporary positions across Donegal.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support functions
* Organize and coordinate daily activities within the department
* Perform general office duties, including typing, copying, and photocopying files as requested
* Order, monitor, and supply stationery as needed
* Make and receive phone calls as directed
* Organize delivery and collection of post
* Liaise with staff in other departments, the public, and outside agencies in a confidential, courteous, and professional manner
Main Requirements:
* Demonstrate ability to plan and deliver role duties effectively and resourcefully
* Multitask without losing focus and manage competing priorities
* Maintain structured systems
* Anticipate problems and take preventative action
* Demonstrate self-management and development skills in a busy working environment
* Prior experience in a similar position is essential
