Corporate Comms Professional - Account Manager
Consumer Comms Professional - Account Manager
Both are hybrid positions, with a mix of working from home with one day a week in either the Cork or Dublin office, wherever you choose to be based.
We're looking for confident, experienced individuals with a minimum of three years relevant agency experience who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, and driven to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Planning: Contribute to overall strategy, develop creative concepts, manage client feedback, and oversee campaign rollout.
* Media Relations: Leverage a deep understanding of the Irish media landscape and personal media contacts.
* Public Affairs: Keep up to date with the political landscape and build positive relationships with key government influencers and decision makers to support clients’ specific needs (Corporate Comms role)
* Writing: Craft press releases, copy, briefs, etc with strong writing skills.
* Influencer Marketing: Navigate the Irish influencer landscape, manage contracts, content, and campaign evaluations. (Consumer Comms role)
* Team Management: Mentor junior team members with support from Senior Management.
* Client Management: Anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.
* Reporting & Budget Management: Conduct campaign reviews, analysis, and manage budgets for optimal ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs or equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience in Communications.
* Solid Agency Experience.
* Strategic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Strong communication, writing, and reporting skills.
* Proven ability to build productive working relationships.
