Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and oversee Food Safety HACCP plans to meet stringent hygiene and quality standards.
* Conduct detailed checks on products, processes, packaging, labeling, and metal detection systems to ensure excellence.
* Identify and resolve quality issues to maintain exceptional product standards.
* Maintain and update quality records and production check sheets for compliance and precision.
* Assist during audits and customer/regulatory visits to uphold industry certifications.
* Work closely with the Quality Manager to sustain site-wide hygiene and quality systems.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.).
* Previous experience in quality is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
