Job Description
Schedule skip operations, respond to customer calls and queries, and liaise with drivers, logistics, and customer service teams.
The Role:
* Brief drivers on daily schedules and ensure they have accurate information to complete routes efficiently.
* Debrief drivers on commercial and domestic routes daily.
* Confirm routes with drivers prior to departure.
* Accurately record and manage the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Requirements:
* Prior office administration experience is essential.
* Waste Management, Logistics, or Customer Service experience is a must.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Numerical skills are a must-have.
* Immediate availability is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities: Schedule skip operations, communicate with drivers, log weights, and confirm routes. Key Tasks: Briefing, debriefing, route confirmation, weight management.
