HR Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team in County Kildare. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives, refining HR policies and procedures, and providing expert coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist HR support to the Senior Management Team and employees across the entire employee lifecycle.
* Review and enhance HR processes to support the company's ongoing expansion.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a strong pipeline of top-tier talent.
* Oversee and manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, while ensuring full compliance with employment legislation.
* Review and optimize compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent, staying ahead of market trends.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at Director or Managerial level.
* Proven experience advising senior leadership, leading recruitment activities, and refining HR policies & procedures.
* Proficiency in HR systems, performance appraisals, and training & development planning.
* Full driving license and access to a car.
