Job Responsibilities:
* Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to the menu and the restaurant's standards
* Supervising and coordinating the work of the junior kitchen staff
* Ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented in a timely manner
* Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
* Assisting in menu planning and suggesting new ideas for dishes
* Ordering and managing inventory of food and kitchen supplies
* Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
* Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Desired Experience:
* At least 1-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
* Experience in menu development and creating innovative dishes
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
* A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
* Ability to demonstrate creativity and passion for culinary arts
Salary Package:
* 29.000-33.300€/annum, depending on experience
* Provided by employer, around 250-400€/month, deducted from salary
