Position Summary Oxford Global Resources Limited is a talent-driven consulting company providing individual consultants, project teams, and strategic outsourcing services to clients in a wide range of industries. We leverage our recruiting expertise to deliver high-end consultants and teams for engagements in Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, Regulatory and Laboratory. Founded in 1984, Oxford combines international reach with local depth, serving our clients through an integrated network of over 30 offices in North America, the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The Corporate Paralegal position reports directly to Oxford’s Vice President of Legal, Europe. The successful candidate will support Oxford’s Irish business from our Cork, Ireland Shared Services Centre. Key business objectives include providing paralegal support services to Oxford and its related entities. Particular focus will be on supporting other members of the Legal Department within Ireland and the European Union. The successful candidate will support the organization’s business objectives by ensuring staff compliance with processes and procedures, acting as liaison with sales and recruiting staff and administrative duties as required.
Responsibilities
Drafting contractor-based agreements, reviewing amendment requests and providing updates as needed.
Providing support to business and recruiting colleagues and escalating urgent items.
Preparing necessary supplemental agreements including confidentiality and non-compete agreements to protect Oxford’s interests.
Skills
Suitable candidates should have an ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously together with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams. Contract revisions are carried out using “redline” format editing in Microsoft Word
Experience
Legal professional training.
Preference given to paralegals who have worked in a corporate legal setting or specifically in consultancy, staffing or recruitment.
Fluency in English is a key requirement; language skills in German, Dutch or Spanish an advantage but not required.
