Customer Development Executive
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland (hybrid working policy).

What You Will Do
1. Deliver NTS, TI, and GP objectives while achieving brand share gains in line with the business plan.
2. Engage with and deliver revenue growth management (RGM) efforts within the business remit.
3. Optimize Trade Investment, maintaining targeted TI levels, driving high-quality TI evaluation, and increasing the percentage of events which deliver positive ROI.
4. Ensure that a robust, reliable forecast is generated for their business, with delivery within the month, at M-3, and for the full year.
5. Build an external perspective to anticipate future marketplace changes and develop solutions to drive positive results for Kenvue.
6. Deliver high-quality customer contact driving positive engagement at the buyer level and across functions within the customer.
7. Deliver annual business plan, including JBP agreements where applicable.
8. Deliver Kenvue key initiatives through executing with excellence.
9. Contribute to commercial innovation and deliver these projects within the business plan.
10. Build strong internal partnerships to enable delivery of key customer projects.
11. Provide required analytical and technical support to the Mass Channel Lead.

1. Degree level educated or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles ideally in an FMCG environment.

6. Strong commercial awareness and industry/market knowledge.
