Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and process data requests from law enforcement and legal entities.Interpret and apply internal policies to requests while ensuring compliance with legal standards.Maintain exceptional attention to detail in a repetitive, procedural role, ensuring 100% accuracy.Escalate cases as needed and follow established workflows independently.Uphold the company's commitment to user data protection and privacy.
What We Offer
Training & Onboarding:A comprehensive 4-week training program followed by 2 weeks of hands-on practice (nesting phase).Training includes policy application, internal tools, and role-specific technical knowledge.Work-Life Balance:40-hour workweek with shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Rotational weekends off and a 1-hour lunch break daily.Attractive Compensation:Monthly Gross Salary: 2,135.00 EURMonthly Target Bonus: 200.00 EUR, based on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Annual Gross Package: 28,020 EURContract Type:Initial 11-month fixed-term contract, with eligibility for a permanent role after renewal.Additional Benefits:Paid holidays aligned with the Irish system (20 days per year).Opportunity to work with a globally admired brand.
