Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies.
2. Lead and manage the Internal Communications team.
3. Provide internal communications counsel to senior management.
4. Oversee content delivery for organisational events and key reports.
5. Analyse the effectiveness of Internal Communications initiatives and adapt strategies based on employee feedback.
6. Manage the internal communication response to crisis situations.
7. Collaborate closely with People Function teams to enhance employee experience.
Key Skills and Requirements
8. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
9. Specialist education/experience in internal communications and/or change management is a major advantage.
10. 8+ years of experience in internal/employee communications.
11. Leadership and team management skills to lead the Internal Communications team effectively.
12. Project management skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Strong analytical skills to measure and report on communication effectiveness.
14. Writing, editing, and proofreading skills are imperative for this role.
